This kit is designed to be used in conjunction with the Camembert/Brie e-Learning Module.

Includes equipment and cultures you will need to make Camembert and Brie Cheese.

  • 6 Small Round Cheese Hoops
  • 1 Digital Thermometer
  • 1 Set Mini Measuring Spoons
  • 1 Perforated Spoon
  • 1 Curd Cutting Knife
  • 1 Cheesecloth (100cm x 110cm)
  • 1 Kitchen Timer
  • 1 Thermometer/Hygrometer
  • 1 Sterile Syringe 4 pack
  • 1 Mesh Food Cover
  • 1 Mesophilic ‘M’ Starter Culture
  • 1 White Mould Spore
  • 1 Vegetarian Rennet Liquid
  • 1 Calcium Chloride Solution

The vial of Mesophilic ‘M’ Starter Culture will treat approximately 64 Litres of milk, and the vial of White Mould Spore will treat approximately 140 litres of milk. Store starter cultures in the freezer -18C.

Rennet and Calcium Chloride 50ml. Store in the refrigerator.
