- 6 Small Round Cheese Hoops
- 1 Ricotta Basket, Tub & Lid
- 1 Digital Thermometer
- 1 Set Mini Measuring Spoons
- 1 Perforated Spoon
- 1 Curd Cutting Knife
- 1 Cheesecloth (100cm x 110cm)

Each vial of starter culture will treat approximately 64 Litres of milk. Store starter culture in the freezer -18C.
Rennet and Calcium Chloride 50ml. Store in the refrigerator.
