Description
You are booking to attend our Home Cheese & Yoghurt Making Class at Comobella on Sunday 21 April 2024. Small groups with just 10 participants per class.
Classes are held at our studio at Comobella – an easy drive from Dubbo, Wellington or Mudgee. Class runs from 10am to 2pm – there are lots of tastings and a sumptuous morning tea, so come with an empty tummy.
It’s a hands on session, and you will learn to make Fetta, Haloumi, Ricotta, Paneer, Cream Cheese, Mascarpone, Greek & Mild Yoghurt and Labna. You will taste all of these products, and take your own little wheel of Fetta home with you.
