Mobile Cheese Class reserves the right to reject the cancellation of any order, once accepted. Risk of product damage and deterioration passes to the buyer on delivery. It is up to the customer to unpack their order promptly and store items appropriately.
Customer claims for damage or deterioration will be accepted for 48 hours after delivery. Claims related to customers providing incorrect delivery address, or gift recipient unavailable to take delivery will not be supported.
Claims relating to equipment will need to be supported with photographic evidence where possible.
