Cheesecloth is used extensively in cheese making – for lining cheese hoops and wrapping haloumi for pressing, hanging soft cheeses such as mascarpone and cream cheese to drain whey, and handling cheese when turning freshly made fetta.

Wash before use. Cheesecloth can be reused – wash in hot water and dry in the sun.
