The Electric Yoghurt Maker comes with a 2 litre tub, which gives you the flexibility to make 1 or 2 litres of product. We recommend for use when making Greek Style or Mild Yoghurt, Mascarpone or Cream Cheese.
It is ideal for setting yoghurt and yoghurt products. It holds the temperature at approximately 43C – the perfect temperature for maximum probiotic growth.
