Use Mesophilic ‘M’ Starter Culture in your cheesemaking process to produce Fetta, Persian Fetta, Cream Cheese, Camembert & Brie. Mesophilic starter activates when added to the warmed milk. It provides the right combination of bacteria to produce a great end product.
Mesophilic ‘M’ Starter contains: Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis cremoris & lactis biovar diacetylactis; Leuconostic mensenteroides; Maltodextrin.
Will treat approximately 64 litres of milk
