We use lipase enzyme to add bite to our fetta cheese. Lipase contains sodium chloride, enzymes, milk solids.
The dosage is as per your recipe, you can choose how much or how little flavour you add to your cheese.
Will treat approximately 64 litres of milk.
Store in the freezer -18°C
