The Camembert/Brie Instructional Video Module is designed for past participants of our Home Cheese & Yoghurt Making Class, and those new to home cheese making.
Soft white cheese makes a great addition to any cheese platter. It’s lovely baked with a variety of toppings – honey, rosemary and pine nuts is a favourite.
After purchase, you will be able to access the module anytime you are logged into your account on the website, via the ‘Online Classes’ button on the right of the top menu bar.
If you are a past participant of our Home Cheese & Yoghurt Making Class, please note you may also need White Mould Spore, and a fresh vial of CHY-MAX Plus Vegetarian Rennet.
