While any factors can impact the cheese making process, temperature and humidity play a big role, and they both vary depending where you live. Use the thermometer to measure ambient temperature, and the hygrometer to keep an eye on humidity levels of your room.

Knowing the variables in your cheesemaking environment, helps to maintain a consistent result in your cheese. This handy little gadget sits discreetly on your benchtop and can easily be moved to different areas of the house.
